The Ad Hoc Site Visit provides on-demand, professional support for your Living Ecosystems Aquarium—expert care, whenever you need it. It’s ideal for troubleshooting, relocation, preparing your aquarium for sale, or arranging care while you're away.

What’s Included:
✔ Troubleshooting & onsite support – for system issues or malfunctions
✔ Aquarium relocation & sale preparation – ensuring a smooth transition
✔ Holiday care – expert maintenance while you're away
✔ Standard maintenance – water testing and a water change to support a healthy ecosystem

Note: The cost of water, test kits, filter medium, and fish food is not included and will be charged separately if required.

Pricing
The site visit is offered at a flat rate of $180 for the first 30 minutes, with an additional $100 per hour thereafter.
