Equipment Warranty

All equipment is covered by a 12-month Equipment Warranty, with repairs or replacements for faulty items .

Extra Care Warranty

The Extra Care Warranty provides comprehensive support to restore your aquarium in the unlikely event of a complete ecosystem loss, ensuring peace of mind and continued enjoyment of your thriving ecosystem. This warranty is included as part of the Maintenance and Care Subscription. The warranty includes replacement of a standard configuration including:

  • Clownfish (orange or black): 4 for 80L aquariums, 6 for 130L aquariums
  • Coral Pack containing 10 corals (as per the Coral Pack specification)
  • Living Blocks reef
  • Bio-active sand
  • Salt water

Premium, platinum, and collector-grade fish or corals are excluded.

An excess of $200 AUD applies to each claim made under this warranty. Claims are subject to evaluation, and restoration measures will be determined at our discretion in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Please note: The Extra Care Warranty does not cover individual livestock loss. Fish and corals are covered separately under the 14-day Livestock Warranty.
