This service is designed specifically for Living Oceans ecosystem aquariums and is not available for other aquarium systems.

Please note: Site work may be carried out by trusted third-party service partners operating under Living Oceans guidance and standards.

Standard Visit

Duration:
80L & 130L Aquariums: 45 minutes
200L Aquariums: 75 minutes

✔ Water testing to assess salinity, nutrients, and other key parameters
✔ Partial water change
✔ Filter media replacement – using Living Oceans Filter Media Mix
✔ Aquarium glass cleaning (all sides to below sand level)
✔ Removal of debris and soft marine growth
✔ Maintenance report – summary of tasks completed, key system observations, and recommendations

Extended Visit

Includes an additional 30 minutes beyond the standard visit duration to carry out standard tasks as well as additional tasks such as:

✔ Water or livestock treatments
✔ Equipment adjustments
✔ Removal of excessive organics or attached marine growth
✔ Positioning of corals
✔ Extended consultation
