Pre-Installation Checklist

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free installation of your Living Ecosystem Aquarium, please review and complete the following steps before your scheduled installation date.

1. Make sure someone will be present at the location at the agreed installation time. An additional ad-hoc call-out fee will apply if the install cannot be completed.

2. Check the surface is secure, level, and can support the weight of the aquarium. Check product specifications in the user manual.

3. Check there is no direct sunlight and temperature remains under 30⁰C at the location.

4. Ensure a 240V 10 amp power supply with an RCD is supplied within 1 m of the aquarium location.

5. Clear the walkway and work area of furniture and obstructions.

6. Complete the mandatory online training in your membership portal.

7. Additional documentation is available in the Support tab of the membership portal or via our chat assistant Lena through the Support button on our homepage.

8. Book your install!

During Your Installation: Save the questions to the end! Installing a Living Ecosystem Aquarium in your home is a complex task for our technicians, so please give them space without interruption so they can focus on completing the job safely. Additional fees may apply if the install takes longer than 60 mins or cannot be completed.
