Booking Your Installation
The Living Ecosystem Aquarium is delivered and professionally installed by Living Oceans in supported regions - currently within the Perth metropolitan region.
Before your installation, customers must:
1. Pay the remaining balance
2. Complete mandatory online training
3. Read the Pre-Installation Checklist
Once these steps are completed, you can book your installation date using the Book your Installation button.
Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation email with your details and a reschedule link. Our team will review your booking and notify you of any required changes. The confirmed installation date will then appear in the Booked Installation Date field at the top of this page.
On the Day of Installation
The technician will contact you on the day of installation to confirm the exact arrival time to deliver and professionally install the Living Ecosystem Aquarium, ensuring everything is set up for a healthy and thriving ecosystem. If no one is present at the scheduled time, an additional call-out fee will apply.

Shipping & Delivery Information
Shipping is available exclusively for member-only products via Australia Post, with delivery costs calculated at checkout. Alternatively, you can choose to have these products delivered during your scheduled technician visit, either as part of the installation or the quarterly maintenance check included in the Maintenance and Care Plan subscription.
