The Smart Ecosystem Aquarium (S.E.A.) is delivered in two stages to give you time for proper setup and peace of mind before your livestock arrives.

Step 1 – Equipment Delivery

Your aquarium equipment (aquarium, cabinet, accessories, Maintenance Kit, and dry sand) will be shipped first via courier. Once delivered, you can follow the step-by-step video tutorials in your Membership Portal to complete the setup safely at home.

Step 2 – Livestock Delivery

After your setup is complete, simply return your signed setup checklist through the Portal. Once received, your fish, corals, and Living Sand will be dispatched via express courier delivery to ensure the health and safety of your new marine life.

Booking Aquarium Setup Service (Optional)

Professional setup service is available for an additional fee in Perth Metro through the Living Oceans Team, and across Greater Perth, regional WA, and interstate via our partner network.

Before booking this service, please ensure:

1. Your remaining balance has been paid.
   
2. You’ve completed the mandatory online training.
   
3. You’ve read and met all site requirements in the Pre-Installation Checklist.
   

Once these steps are complete, select Book Your Installation to choose your preferred date.

Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation email with your details and a reschedule link.

Shipping & Delivery Information

Shipping is available exclusively for member-only products via Australia Post, with delivery costs calculated at checkout. Alternatively, you can choose to have these products delivered during your scheduled technician visit, either as part of the installation or the quarterly maintenance check included in the Maintenance and Care Plan subscription.
