Separate the drive unit from the food barrel and remove the battery compartment slide.

Install the batteries and replace the slide cover.

  • use the arrows to adjust the hour
  • press Set to move to minutes
  • adjust the minutes

Next, program the feeding schedule.

Set the first feeding cycle to 12:00 PM.

  • press Set to confirm

Continue through the remaining feed cycles and disable all additional feeding times.

The feeder should now be programmed for:

  • one feed per day
  • feeding time of 12:00 PM

Test the feeder by pressing the manual feed button and confirming the barrel rotates correctly.

Adding Food

Caution:

  • Never open the food barrel over the aquarium.
  • Spilled food can cause excess nutrients and water quality issues.

Fill the feeder with 1 mm high-quality marine pellets.

Only add enough food for approximately four to six weeks.

To maintain freshness:

  • replace food every four weeks
  • avoid overfilling the barrel

Secure the barrel cover and gently shake the feeder to confirm the food level.

Installing the Auto Feeder

Reattach the food barrel to the drive unit.

Slide the mounting bracket onto the grooves, ensuring the adjustment nut is positioned on the right-hand side.

Position the feeder above the pump chamber and tighten the mounting screw by hand.

Caution:

  • Finger-tight only.
  • Over-tightening may crack the plastic bracket.

Your auto feeder is now ready for operation.

Thanks for watching.
